1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter binding contracts under the laws of Kenya.

2. Nature of the Platform

PropertyHub Kenya is a digital marketplace connecting buyers, sellers, and agents. We do not own properties or act as a real estate broker. Users must perform their own due diligence.

3. Property Listings

Only authorized agents or owners may post listings. All information must be accurate. We reserve the right to remove any listing that is fraudulent or misleading without notice.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in scams, data scraping, hacking, or harassment. Violations will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

PropertyHub Kenya is not liable for fraudulent listings, property disputes, or financial losses from property transactions. Use the platform at your own risk.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Nairobi.
